Cristian and the team at Naples Flooring are a dream to work with. I have specified Legno Bastone Wide Plank Wood Flooring on almost all of our design projects. They always have the best color, texture, width and finish options available compared to any other supplier. Their level of customer service and attention to detail is unsurpassed. Their ability to communicate to insure the job is completed correctly is always appreciated. My clients always enjoy visiting their gorgeous showroom and always leave confident in the quality and capabilities of Naples Flooring and Legno Bastone products.

We recently built a new home in Naples and chose flooring from Naples Flooring Company (NFC). From day-one they were wonderful to work with. Always pleasant, knowledgeable and sincerely interested in making our home look wonderful. Since completing the home we have reached back out to them with various questions. Each time, they continued to be very responsive and friendly. Should we ever build again we will certainly work with NFC as their flooring is beautiful and their sales and service is top-notch.

There are many suppliers of wood floors but Legno Bastone is a cut above the rest. Their quality of product separates them from others and translates into beautiful, rich, natural wood floors that add a distinct character and charm to a home.

Our experience with Naples Flooring was first class. The owner and sales team are polished professionals and a pleasure to work with. Their passion extends to the subcontractors and installers they employ or recommend. We were faced with a unique remodeling project where the floor damage extended to the concrete substrate. Naples Flooring took care of all the concrete repairs and flooring installation. The floors are even more more beautiful in our home lighting than in their fabulous showroom. Their installer took great care to lay the floor boards to enhance the architecture of our home. He started by centering boards down the length of our home rather than starting along one wall. The result enhances our home and looks spectacular. The first thing our guests comment on is how beautiful our floors are.

Naples Flooring truly cares about customer satisfaction; doesn't just give it lip service like so many businesses. We had some post-installation issues related to the completion of (non-flooring) construction. Cris and team finished the job and met our original expectations. I highly recommend Naples Flooring.

We loved working with this company! They were very accommodating. We had an original install date...which was moved up by our renovation contractor who forgot to connect with Naples Flooring Company. Not a problem...Christian and Laurie made certain that we were taken care of so it didn’t delay our contractor. From beginning with Maciej for the sale, through the install with Aymer, it was all a pleasure in a hectic renovation process? Thank you and we LOVE our beautiful floors!

I am not even sure where to begin with our love for Naples Flooring! From the moment we walked into the gallery and met Machi, to meeting with Cristian about our project - and everything that followed in the installation of our flooring - we could not be happier with the excellent customer service, concern and skill of the craftsmen who placed the flooring in our home. It is absolutely warm and beautiful - better than we even imagined! Once the floors were installed, we needed a custom color match on the refinishing of our french door thresholds. Cristian sent out a true artisan who perfectly color matched the thresholds to the flooring. We also had some scratches in the flooring caused by contractors who were remodeling the house. Alexis, the artist, completely matched and filled in the scratches and they are nonexistent. You cannot even see a remnant of the initial injury to the floor. We are so happy with the beautiful texture and look of the Legno Bastone flooring and the awesome service we received from everyone at Naples Flooring. We are simply delighted with our new floors from Naples Flooring Company. From the first time we met our sales person (who was extremely thorough) to the last minute the installers walked out the door was nothing more than pleasant and the floors are beautiful. The installers were pleasant, extremely meticulous and they vacuumed, swept and swiffered every crumb of dust in their path before they left. I would highly recommend Naples Flooring to anyone considering new beautiful wood floors.

After searching and searching for a quality flooring company in Naples to redo all of the floors in a new rental property we purchased, I FINALLY found a winner with Naples Flooring Company. This was a HUGE decision for us because we don’t live in the area and are coordinating everything remotely. We really needed to find a quality company with trustworthy workers, who would do exactly what they promised. With Naples Flooring Company, we got SO much more. Cristian and his team went above and beyond, showing such care and concern, as if it was their own property.
